Kilwins - Knoxville

Fantastic products and service! I live out of town and called to order an Easter basket for our parents, and they exceeded my expectations. I shared with Tiffany what our parents liked, and she handled everything perfectly. They were thrilled with the basket and the surprise it brought! As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a heavenly aroma. They offer complimentary ice cream samples to help you decide, and once you make your choice, you receive the largest scoop of ice cream I've ever encountered. I opted for the marshmallow s'more flavor, and it was the most unique and delicious ice cream I've had in ages. A close second was the apple pie flavor. Absolutely delightful!

I’ve visited several Kilwins locations, but this one is definitely the best! The staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. They are very attentive and happy to help with flavor suggestions or provide samples. If you’re in downtown Knoxville, Kilwins is a must-visit!

The best ice cream downtown. Better than cruise farms and you definitely get your money's worth. If you want some quality made ice cream and other treats, I would suggest here first.

My only issue with Kilwin's is that I want to stop by every time I'm downtown. I had a waffle cone of Strawberry Chunk today, and it was as good as any of the other flavors I've tried. Very yummy!
