Delicious kobe beef ramen. super soft and juicy beef. try them both regularly and sharply.
Amazing depth of flavor. Small menu that is executed to perfection. The salt broth is to die for.
See this place in youtube, and it was recommended for their cob beef rays. I have tried Shiio-Ramen and it costs only about 1000 yen, which was very affordable and they get to eat kobe cattle too. the recommended menus are beef meat shimen and beef meat shoyu ramen. they can't go wrong with one of them.
Canned on this charming hole in the wall ramen joint around 10 o'clock. we had really lucky that we had not to remain silent (that we condemned the daybreaking document outside the load) and were the last customers of the night before they closed at 1030. this cobe beef ramen was not for me because it was cool and I was hungry, but because I was transported to the house on the first swallow of the cattle broth. a good dosis fried schalottes to emphasize the broth further, a coarse pfeffer, and a generous portion of bark slices let me go into the sky and do not want to finish the meal. on the other side I was not too impressed by the article number 1 of the shop, the ramen with shio (salt). Although it came with interesting besides and even a bark meat sushi, I think that were only accompaniment and brought nothing essential to the main dish. also the cobe beef chutoro sushi at 800 ¥ had a piece, and it was 800 ¥ well spent. everything in everything, very recommended.
