Actually, I would have to give 3 different reviews: for drinking for the village itself for the staff But we start from the front. We were very kindly received there. At the beginning it was a bit chaotic, you did not know exactly what table is meant for us, so “must” we move again. That wasn't bad anymore, somehow I imagined it when I think of Vietnam. Here you should say that the “seat groups” may be for max. 8 people are suitable. We were actually planned with 10 people, 9 of whom were there. A “muster” sits more or less on the heater. It should be difficult for larger groups. The furniture was modern and fit well into the concept. Unfortunately, I did not find the benches very comfortable. In one place or another you can carefully clean the corners. The same applies to the area under the heating. It was not really dirty now, but a few places already saw something “reliable”. When we arrived there it was still very empty, but that changed abruptly. 19 o'clock seems to be such a “magical time”. This increases the smoke level also noticeably, but where is it not? What I personally did not find so good now that we had to wait with the beverage order until we were finished, we were not asked before. So we sat dry in the first 10 minutes. They would have picked up the drinks and served them. With the beverage order, we also expressed our food wishes. Somehow I couldn't really decide, but the Vietnamese roles (Goi Cuon seemed kind of magical to me. “But what” was the question. So I ordered all three. When the question came “As a starter?” I had to be in stock for a moment. I thought that was my main court. So I stayed there. As a drink, I ordered a ginger ice tea. The time between the order and the time we have was completely fine. We thought it would have to wait much longer because of the sudden guest tower. Then they stood there, the roles: lucky roll with roasted salmon fillet summer roll with shrimp and pork love role with duck and mango There were 2 sauces: coconut tamarind and hoisin peanut I thought the rolls were hot, but they were served cold. That's what the Vietnamese cuisine was completely strange to me: o With what role do I start now? Best with all, and so I tried all the reels Saucen combinations. Cross and cross. No matter how to combine, it was delicious. Just here and there I would like more pepp or spice. I always thought the Asian cuisine was quite noticeable from the taste. The reels were quickly crushed and I think if it was a mistake to order the reels only!? Then the others got their food and I thought: “Good great, wrong decision”: o All made a really happy impression. At some point, I got half the bowl in front of my nose and came to try a main dish. That came from the day card. Bún ga chien with band noodles and chicken meat on the first bite very delicious. Very special from spices, but still good. Unfortunately, I didn't find the meat so tingling. A few pieces I had in them were so crowded that they reminded me of duck from the simple “bubbed Chinese”. It is only with chicken, better and slimmer. Otherwise there was nothing to criticize. Because it was also very appealing visual. There are only 3 stars for the food. The best thing in the evening was the Ingivereistee. I've never had such a delicious iced tea before. That's why you have to give 5 stars. After dinner, some “competitors” have ordered coffee. All right, nothing extraordinary, I still thought. But somehow he looked different than ours. And smells different. I saw the others and ordered another one. That's the... Nong sounds exotic, he was. He was served “Brauen” and you probably wait a few minutes. If you take off the filter approach, you might think you have a normal black coffee. The blinds are still “something” on the beaker floor. Because when you stir, the coffee becomes increasingly whiter and sweeter, paired with a caramel aroma. Very interesting and very tasty. You wonder how it works. Why isn't the brewing coffee already white and sweet? We have another dessert in the house. Bananas with nuts in coconut milk (or similar). The interest in taste and very tasty. I don't know what it was called, especially good to mention the staff. Very nice and accommodating. Except the drink slipper at the beginning. For example, the geographical conditions of Vietnam and Saigon were explained on request. How can I evaluate the whole thing? Without the appetizers and the dessert, it might be “magererer” unusual. The ginger iced tea and coffee have earned smooth 5 stars. The staff also 5 stars. For the village I give, well meant, 4 stars. Actually, in a restaurant the food is in the foreground, but I forgive, especially because of the rest, 4 stars and talk to me a “You just chose wrong”.
