We started with a cold gazpacho followed by Pimentos de padròna, pan con tomato, bacalo, gamba al aglio, two types of empanada and grilled goat cheese with honey and almonds. The wines were cheap and the service friendly. Unfortunately, they had no desserts. But the quality of the food was good, so it is definitely worth a visit to this no Frills restaurant. We saw that some other customers ordered Paella, which also looked good.
A small and beautiful restaurant with a good atmosphere and magnificent Paella. We had a good evening and recommend this place. Small place with Spanish cook and German waiter. You have to try.
I visited this cozy place many times during my travels. They have amazing meals, paella and tapas that are authentically prepared. They are specialized in food and wine from the Extremadura region in Spain. They have mixed plates of cured ham and salami of wild boar fed with acorns (Iberico de bellota), and other fertilized meat from deer and wild boar as well as goat and sheep milk cheese. This selection is high and much better than in a typical Spanish tapas bar. You can also get gift baskets. Service is super friendly, they speak English, Spanish, German. Its atmosphere is very relaxed, music is great. They have a variety of great tasting red, rose and white wines from the Extremadura region. Prices are reasonable.
