I ordered a secret menu item, the great midday selection if they are sick from all the others! sonic makes a beautiful BLT sandwich!

Horrible service! I had to walk up to the call box to order because I was hauling a trailer. I could see clearly into the kitchen where everyone was working'. A bag was placed on the counter where it sat for a long time. The workers' were passing by it quite a bit before eventually someone came by and looked at the tag. They then looked over to where I was sitting before finally bringing it out to me. When I tried to talk to them about why it took so long, she just laughed, turned around and walked back inside without another word. It's a shame because I really like Sonic, but I haven't had any good service from them yet. I likely never will as I don't intend to return.

After waiting 10 minutes for my two ice cream cones, they gave them to someone who drove up after me and had not even ordered yet.

I've been eating here a while. On a whole, orders are quick, good, and accurate. I wish Sonic would improve their app.
