Upon entering, when asked, the attendant recommended an air-conditioned room. Nice, stylish, wooden. After a while, we noticed that the air conditioner was turned off at 26°C. The waiter, very nice, willingly and well explained the steaks, the difference between them. I ordered a steak from a high rack, because of the experience I came to the steak house. Medium, less rare than overdone. The result was disappointing, the steak was thin approx. 0.7-1.2 cm, the grate from the grill was black and hot with small spots of coal. I couldn't find juicy pink beef in Náreza. I made four cuts in different directions but without the pink one. I expected, as is usual with steaks, a few minutes after dining, the waiter's question if everything is okay. He didn't come. So, on the next visit to the table, I actively asked him to assess whether the steak according to the order is less medium. He admitted that he didn't. I gave him a chance for a standard steak exchange, but he suggested a discount. Discount is no substitute for experience, I noted. It didn't work. In addition, there were also some pieces of grilled vegetables on the coal black. The waiter apologized when paying, gave a discount, I have no idea how much, I left the block there I will not understand this procedure in a good restaurant. In exchange for a steak, which is about €8-10 in the company's costs, the customer would get the desired effect, experience, eat well and would definitely return there. I left very disappointed and will not return. For the sake of objectivity, I add that the risotto and wrap were very good.
