Landgasthof Rössle

During our stay on Lake Constance, we ate as a couple several times at the Landgasthof Rössle. The menu is small but nice. The dishes are down-to-earth with fresh, mostly homemade ingredients at fair prices. There is typical German cuisine without any ambition to be extravagant and therefore without surprises. This also includes a small selection of vegetarian dishes. We were very satisfied.

I came with my daughter for two nights. We had room 9, which is modernly renovated, with a (shared) balcony. The bathroom is spacious and newly renovated (no hairdryer). The mattresses are rather firm, which is great for me. The church next door didn't bother me. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you get everything at the table. Fresh fruit, cereal, egg, orange juice, coffee, cold cuts and mixed baked goods. I didn't miss anything. The service is friendly and straightforward. Maybe. This bothers some people who write here that the service isn't right. Happy to come back and recommend.
