Angelos - Κρήτης

Reading all the good reviews and not having a lot of other restaurants around we choose to eat at Angelos. Unfortunately we did have the same experience. Do not understand me wrong. The food was good, but we have tasted a lot better. The food is greasy, but that is maybe due to all the English people around. Thank you Angelo for a wonderful dining experience in Crete! We were treated to some of the most delicious meats and beverages I’ve had on my Europe trip. If you are ever in Chania you must visit this restaurant, you will not regret it!

Me and friends here for lunch during the week were given the best hospitality we had experienced in our entire trip in Europe. The food was unbelievable good for its price. Best platters I’ve had in Greece so far and the salads and sides were just as amazing. The owner treated us as good friends from the moment we sat down and his hospitality was amazing.
