Kelterhaus Bernkastel - Kröv

My friends and I were really happy with our single night stay here. We had a comfortable three bed room which had everything that we could need and a lovely view of the surrounding vineyards(we were on the top floor). Staff were friendly and spoke passable English which helped as none of us are german speakers. The breakfast was included, was nice and big enough to set up us for the day. Location is good although the town is small so this isn't really a consideration as you are close to everything. They offer parking but we were on our motorbikes so we had the ability to leave them anywhere for free. Overall we were really happy with our stay and would happily return too.

Great little town along the mosel, in particular the architecture is fantastic. It's also a great wine producing region so thats well worth a go also.

Staying in Bernkastle for a few days we ate at the Pizzeria Italia on 2 occasions both in the evenings and each time the meals were excellent as was the service. The staff are very friendly and the service was just right. The restaurant is located in the old square in Bernkastle. The prices are very reasonable.

If you are looking for tasty pancakes, this is the place. We had really good food and wine here and the staff was very friendly. sitting outside on the street is quite cozy and lively. Reservations are not possible, but the staff is very helpful to get you a table.

Nice place to sit and watch people walk, good served drinks. Cheap prices everywhere and good friendly service.
