Upon first glance, the menu appeared promising with a big capital V next to many dishes, indicating that they were vegan. However, it was soon discovered that this was not the case. After inquiring with the staff, it was revealed that the V actually meant that the dish could be made vegan upon request. Unfortunately, the options for actual vegan dishes were very limited and lacking in creativity. Making matters worse, the process of veganizing a dish simply involved removing animal products without providing any substitutions. The result was a bland and unappealing version of the original dish, such as veganized quesadillas without cheese. Despite my efforts to address this issue with the waiter and potentially the management, I left feeling disappointed. The Nasi Lemak Wrap and naan I ordered were small in portion size and underwhelming in taste. Unless there are significant improvements made by the management, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant and would advise others to do the same.
It’s not quite clear what’s vegan, but if you ask, they’re very helpful. There’s lots of choice, and the food was really nice. And very cheap.
I recently dined at this restaurant and it was fantastic! As a vegan, I ordered the OMG burger and it was delicious. The waitstaff were very helpful in guiding me through the vegan options on the menu. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Discovered this place in May 2014 via Happy Cow. Extensive menu with perhaps the best veggie Indian food I have ever had. The guys really looked after us and great service is hard to find in KL. My bro lives is KL and isn't even veggie yet eats here regularly. I'm back for another visit and we had takeout last night. It was as good as the restaurant. Portions are huge so you get value for . Highly recommended, love this place and wish we had one in the UK!
