Great food, great service, I'm very satisfied.

Yesterday in Küsnacht I ordered 3 burgers with fries, onion rings and chilli/cheese nuggets and spent over 130 francs on them. Ok, so you should expect things to be good. The fries were cold and soggy and the burgers didn 't taste good either. The meat paddies were of poor quality. For over 35. for a burger you can expect that you won 't get any thin pressed paddies. But that was exactly the case. I am not at all satisfied and think what I got for the price is real cheeky .

Fat burgers, great selection, nice service and pleasant atmosphere. Was pleasantly surprised and definitely not the last time there!

Unfortunately long waiting times, burgers lukewarm and delivered late. Less friendly staff when there are complaints. Unavailable by telephone.

Ordered a NEW YORKER. The picture of this burger caught my eye on the menu. The bread looked very crusty. I then received the burger in a pale, poorly baked, huge bun. The surface was cold, even slightly damp and felt like a wet sponge. Worst burger I've ever eaten.
