Subway - Kurri Kurri

I always have a great experience at this particular Subway, but the service I received from Parn this evening was outstanding. Parn was incredibly polite and patient. Thank you!

I just picked up dinner from this restaurant and once again, I was impressed by the professionalism and skill of the young team working there. As an experienced retail manager myself, I truly value competence and excellent customer service. There were three staff members on duty: an experienced male and female, along with a new trainee. The male staff member came from the kitchen to take my order while the female was ringing up the last customer. As he took my order, he involved the trainee, explaining the process and letting him handle it. The female staff member then came over to supervise the trainee as he made the sandwich, providing him with constructive feedback and encouragement. Overall, the entire team displayed a level of maturity, professionalism, and competence that was truly impressive. They deserve to be recognized for the way they conducted themselves.

I found the service to be very good and pleasant, and the restaurant was very clean. The food was well presented and fresh. This is the second time my wife and I have visited, and we will definitely come back again. Thank you. Alan.

Hands down the best Subway I have ever visited. This well managed establishment hosts the friendliest staff that make the lunchtime rush a very positive experience. In the last 2 years of frequent purchases i have never once been disappointed. Thanks again for amazing service!!

Wow good friendly staff even put serviettes in the bag . Not like past experiences. I like this subway. Hope it stays that way
