El Pollo Loco - La Habra

Chicken avocado Burrito had a big piece of fat/skin. For the price of this burrito I could get a combo elsewhere. Barely any chicken. Didn’t find one piece of avocado. Very skinny burrito. Poor example of a burrito. Chicken was dry and old.

This Pollo Loco has always been my favorite and continues to surpass expectations! I always go through the drive thru and my order is not only always right, the staff is also so friendly and polite! They even engage my children while they try to talk their ear off ? they always have a smile on their face and are extremely kind. Also the chicken is always juicy and fresh not overcooked like I’ve found at other locations.Kid-friendliness: You know the struggle of trying to order if you’re a parent, your kids are all trying to talk over you and talk to the staff etc. even more so if you have multiples ? their staff is always so kind and engaging with them!

Normally don’t post reviews but felt it was necessary. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the staff. I was happy to see everything properly maintained and organized. Ordered multiple items and all were top tier. Seems like this location has gone through some management changes and I’m all for it. Definitely will be returning again.

I always love coming to this location. It’s family owned, the customer service is amazing and the chicken is always fresh.

The service gets 1 because i can 't give it zero. The staff never listens they rush you to order never letting you finish a sentence. Is that all .. no, it will be all when I say that 's all please... Then they get the order wrong too.
