This place has poor management and it reflects in all areas of this establishment

Burger was great fully loaded fries were awesome! Fast service

All NWA Rallys closed down so we were happy to find this until we got our so called food. I was sat on ordering a BBQ bacon to be told they were out of bacon then when I ordered a big Buford they were out of the white cheese they normally put on the BBQbut told me they didn't even carry it?? They blue slushy drink tasted awful and the burgers tasted like boxed walmart frozenpatties. My daughters chicken sandwich was so hard by the time she pulled all the tough part off it to try to eat, it was achicken nugget instead of patty. This was the worst Rallys food I've ever had and when we pulled up to order the first thingthey said was exact change only! No cards and they couldn't give you back change if you have them anymore than what your mealcost. The speaker kept cutting out while trying to order and when I got to the window the emoyees acted mad I was evenbothering them and no one spoke or said thank you when they handed us our nasty food and drinks and 2 different employees handedus different parts of our order since there were 4 of us in the car that ordered. I remembered rallys being completely differentand if this is how the few that are open are being ran ill never return when I travel and run across them. I'll be surprised ifthis one stayes open being ran like that!

Cold pies plus the absolute worst looking ice cream cone ever. It shows when folks just don't want to be at work. I'll keep passing this location up as usual

I see why there 's NEVER any cars here. I took a chance. We were the only customers there. The food is disgusting. I ordered a big buford combo no ketchup no mustard. That 's all I asked for. They took out time to also leave off my onions tomato. Themeat seem like it was BOILED soaked in a pan of hot water. My fruit punch was watery. The fries were cold. My husband lookedat me like I told you so anyhoo needless to say I WONT BE BACK. Laplace is kinda notorious for having some horrible fast foodrestaurants.
