Chipotle Mexican Grill - La Plata

Please either fire or stop hiring the people that smoke cigarettes. This is the 2nd time my wife’s bowl has tasted like cigarettes. I’m not gonna continue to spend $40 to have the food taste like an ash tray. Disgusting.

I agree with CiCi, this has got to be the worst chipotle in Charles County. The employees are rude, can't understand what you aask them 3 times and then is rude loud and want to fight when you try to get help from another worker, the store is dirty, counters don’t be wiped off no matter what, it's horrible if someone is allergic to the dirty mixture of food and smears because the counters stay dirty and food everywhere. One day someone will call the health department. I had an issue with my order and an employee being rude stated words like she was trying to fight to me I tried to call the store and couldnt get in touch with anyone. I hate coming here and will NEVER come back.

I love the Bowl with the grilling chicken as my meat selection and the brown rice. All the other toppings are what makes the Bowl so Delicious!!

The server couldn't understand English well enough!! To give me what I wanted had to keep repeating myself.
