Burger King - La Vernia

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The fries were cold, and the tables and restrooms were not clean. I was even charged for a cup of water. The manager was in the middle of the dining area playing a virtual game. The only decent item was the Impossible Whopper. I think they should focus more on their vegetarian fast food options because the Impossible Whopper was actually quite good!

The staff is attentive and will take your order promptly. You won’t feel like you have to beg for service, unlike at some other places where the kiosks don’t work properly.

This Burger King is currently experiencing a staffing shortage. However, the service here is exceptional! The manager, Alex, is friendly and keeps everything running smoothly with a smile. He definitely deserves a raise!

This place has always been empty, but now, with McDonald's next door, it's on its last leg. Things are so bad that the person that takes your order in drive thru shows up at the next window to deliver your food. They don't make shakes, they don't even have the machines to make them.
