Despite multiple attempts, it took five calls before someone finally answered, only to be greeted with a vague “hello” that made me doubt if I had dialed the right number. After repeating my order multiple times, I was transferred to different people, each asking for my order again. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to calm down. Despite ordering the same items multiple times, the prices always vary, and today, I was unexpectedly charged for Parmesan sprinkling despite it being advertised as included.
If I could give 0 I would . I ordered a Hawaii large pizza with stuff crust . It was $23.99 . Look at the amount of pineapple and ham on it … it’s crazy how little filling it has … the price isn’t cheap but the amount of pineapple and ham was TOO LITTLE AND PRICE IS UNJUSTIFY. The cheese in the stuff crust isn’t good as well, taste like vegan cheese which have no cheese flavor . I wasn’t expecting too much from this pizza place but the amount of filling is just unreasonable with the price . Also the quality of cheese . It was a very disappointed Sunday dinner
Not worth what i paid for it. food quality subpar. thankfully,there are better places in the area.
I ordered for pick-up, a vegetarian Detroit deep dish pizza at their 370 Steeles West location in Thornhill. When I arrived home,it turned out to be a round medium pizza. They made me the wrong pizza. When I called the location to complain, the guy that took my walk-in original order also happened to be the same person answered my called and responded in two words, "Oh yeah, oh yeah. ' Very upsetting in how Caesars management train their employees. I will definitely never go back to this location again. For their mistake and improper handling of the phone call I cannot give them a good rating.
