I then wait at the 2nd counter. After 10 minutes I show up, they explain to me that my order is not ready, I point out that I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, yes but your order is not ready... A short moment later, I call someone and ask them to cancel my order. I'm told she's coming. They ended up handing me my order without a word. I would have appreciated a word of apology, but nothing. A little annoyed I ask if they are sorry for the wait. The woman who serves me tells me that I waited 3 minutes. I ask her if she's making fun of me... A colleague arrives and tells me, well, it’s good, now you have your order What emerges is a disappointing way of seeing how I am neglected, I feel a blatant lack of consideration. The lack of discernment, arrogance and contempt of the staff sickens me.
