Chick-fil-a - Lagrange

Chick-fil-a is always a winner no matter what state or town I am in they never disappoint. Love the Polynesian sauce and the smoked honey bbq sauce . My fave are the nuggets and the frys

Very sad about my customer service here and I use to come at least three times a week. My order was messed up and mistakes happened . They made me aware they would fix and I drove back. I ordered more food for the kids and they forgot my order theymessed up. I asked the cashier at the window was all the food in the same bag for me and she said yes. I came home and onceagain they messed up my order. I call again and they say they can replace. At this point all my other food is cold and whatabout all the gas wasted for now a third trip.

Never had a bad experience until tonight, I walked in just for a milkshake, nobody else was there, guy at the front took my order , he could have made my shake and had me out the door, I stood there waiting, he took other orders and got this one guy food out and I’m still waiting on a SHAKE! I had to yell out “excuse me! And he said oh I’m sorry vanilla shake right? I will never go back inside again!!!! Rude

Food was good. But this location is awful compared to others. Location opens at 630 and has the doors still locked for the dining room. Employees could visibly see and wouldn't unlock the door. The drive thru set up is worse than Spaghetti Junction. Now they do have limited space, but it's still horrendous.

There's some young people that work here and when you come in their a bit more focused on hanging out, but the service is fast and the food is good
