Subway - Lake Charles

End of the layer means that there is no thunfish, no roasting beef, no sink, but much annoying miscommunication. server was alone and not especially hygienic. no good situation.

I have been coming to this subway for years but never had such great costumer service like today! This location has been closed due to the hurricane and according to John they opened 15 days ago it looks brand new.Let me tell you about John. What an amazing sandwich artist! He took his time to prepare my sandwich and made suggestions when I didn’t know what to order. He was SUPER nice, you can tell he enjoys his job.Thank you John for making my day!.

Everything was fresh and the workers were friendly.

People was rude it was dirty and they was slow do go there

I go here all the time! Always have great customer service! And I DONT ever put a review on anything. This is my first time. Only because of how RUDE and disrespectful one lady was to me! It was like she didn?t care about her job so she didn?t care about the customers...I have three stars because I do like subway and I never had a problem with anyone there until today! But what if I was having a bad day and then she just would have made it worse. Or if I was having a great day and she just made it horrible. Luckily I?m not that kinda person to let other people bring me down. But that did upset me! And I believe if you don?t like your job then don?t work there or fake it!
