Shuttle Truck Stop - Lake City

I was everywhere and I have eaten pizza in countless restaurants throughout the nation and this is by far the freshest, fastest, best tasting wood fired oven pizza that I had everywhere. If I could add video, I would show you that it was still evaporating when I opened the box. It was so hot and fresh that I had to use two hands to keep the cheese and the beats before slipping. And don't even let me start on the crust, it was so crispy and crispy, but just melt in your mouth. It smells a little smokey inside, but this is just because of the real wood fired brick oven. I'm going for a life and that's gonna stop a must-have place when I come to Florida. The staff is very friendly and offers exceptional service. There are freshly grated parmesan, crust red peppers and Italian herbs to put on your pizza. This place has ruined the pizza for me because it was so good that I just won't eat pizza at Flying J anymore because it would taste like cardboard compared to this amazing wood fired brick oven pizza.

I'm glad we stopped. Beautiful restaurant my steak and potatoes and mixed vegetables were perfect the bar and grill staff extremely polite. Very clean and well maintained. The shop itself also has some interesting things. I'll stop soon.

I only have a shower here, but it is always consistent and very clean. I am not thrilled that it was taken over by a large box chain, but it still feels like a hometown truck stop except with more traffic. I wish we were going back to the days of mother and pop operation. But still it is still very consistent And they have a good choice in their store.

To all pizza lovers I recommend the pizza on this TA! Really fresh, and Tasty, it tastes like a real Italian pizza! You have several options! But Margarita with pineapple the best! And the lady here are super sweet and beautiful! Very recommended! Thank you. Grazie!

Good, pizza place at this stop. Last time I went through the meat on the pizza tasted like it went bad and I ended up throwing out 12 dollars worth of pizza.. 5 star review because the truck stop is nice and clean, the pizza place is also very good, I only had the 1 bad experience out of many visits.
