(see photos) Timeline: 9/27/23 Car wash damaged my car, get out of car, see missing protective barrier from hanging panel in car wash , go inside and report damage and issue to Mindi. I was provided Olaf's phone number. I text description of issue. I call and leave a voicemail requesting a follow up. 9/28 Return to store for follow up. I see protective panel has been replaced. An older gentleman acknowledged the issue and said the car wash people came to fix the problem and asked to give them a couple of days to figure out next steps. 10/4 I send an inquiry to Holiday corporate detailing the issue. 10/5 Olaf reaches out to me via text saying there was no malfunction, and my vehicle make/model was the cause. I send a follow up inquiry to Holiday corporate detailing the issue. 10/6 I write this review because I think its inappropriate to create a repair order on 9/27 after reported damages, perform repair service to the car wash on 9/28, then say there was no malfunction. Shout out to Mindi and the rest of the holiday staff team! They were awesome and courteous during every encounter, before and after this incident. I will update this review to post the conclusion. Edit: 10/6 I see I received an email email from corporate time stamped 10:42am that says there is nothing corporate can do, it's totally up to the franchise owner. 10/9 Olaf Reached out via text requesting a repair estimate, then he will follow up with me via email. 10/12 I received an estimate from Highland Collision, and forwarded it to Olaf. Olaf acknowledged receipt and told me to expect a follow up from his finance guy Eric. 10/19 I received a call from Eric saying he will take care of the repairs and vehicle rental costs. I dropped of my car for repair same day. 11/2 Eric notified me that the car repair invoice is paid and I picked up my car same day! Just need to wait for Hertz to bill me for the rental and Eric will mail me a check for reimbursement. This was a stressful experience, but a place of business that takes care of their customers when an accident occurs is hard to come by these days. That deserves special recognition. Special thanks to all those involved in this lengthy process.
Car wash is old and dilapidated. It smelled terrible and the dryer stopped 15 seconds before the countdown was done. Never coming back.
This is by my house so it’s convenient if I go here. The staff here are so kind. I’m disabled and have good and bad days. They go over and above to assist me. I wish people would be more respectful to them and friendlier. Really bothers me.
It's fine; what you'd expect from a gas station and convenience store. I'm giving it two stars because the gas pumps play unending, unmuteable advertisements. If I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere.
This station advertises Propane fills for $14.99 but the problem is you can't get your tank filled because there is usually only 1 person working and they can't leave the store to fill. This has happened 3x now.
