I've never been disappointed by a place in my life. I have placed an online order and the person in the drive thru said it did not move on the menu. I asked what I should do, and the guy told me to wait on the parking space so it would drive thru time wouldn't go. I spoke to the manager I showed a purchase certificate and she reacted to me, I can't do anything. I asked if I could give up a regular order. I noticed from the side talk between the manager and hired that they were just where closure and cleaning friteure an entire hour before their closure.
I'm getting in, excited to try this new Taco bell. there were 2 people sitting in the restaurant and 1 car in the drive through. of the women at the theke was said that they did not take orders. they had a great order that they had to finish. When I asked how long it would be as long as I was in my lunch break, nothing was told me. When I repeated two times, she scrubbed her shoulders and said she didn't know and had only 1 person in the kitchen. I won't come back until they find out their problems. also their customer service skills.
2nd time giving them a chance after they forgot an item the first time. This time I checked before leaving the drive thru and she forgot to give me my 3 orders of chips n cheese. To make things worst I upgraded my 3 drinks to Blast Freeze and she was handing us Mt Dew.....I even had to show her my receipt!! As she kept staring at the screen above! Management needs to step up!
Worked there for one shift and couldn't stand to work at Taco bell any longer. They didn't even train me, they just stuck me on a register and made me look like a fool in front of customers. Out of my experiences working in the food industry, this is by far the worst experience ever. They don't train their workers, no wonder the drive thru time is long.
