Pizza Factory - Lake Isabella

The pizza was very decent. Ingredients fresh, good taste, everything good. Price performance fits. However, small and medium were identical in size (just cut into 6 or 8 pieces). Waiting time was about 30 minutes.The friendliness of the employees was almost non-existent. The food was brought to the table without a word, and there was little hospitality before or after.It was nice to be able to watch everyone preparing and throwing dough.The restaurant is functionally furnished. The tables were clean. (Primary business is probably takeout and delivery). Located next to a shopping complex, there is always enough parking space available. Vegetarian options: Available. You have to read the card to identify it. Parking: Right in front of the store Kid-friendliness: Waiting can be stressful for little ones, so you should have something with you to keep the children busy. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is level and flat, doors wide enough (if both can be opened)

I stopped by for pizza on the 4th of July, and my expectations were high because this restaurant was a favorite spot for my family during our lake trips in the '90s. It did not disappoint!

Good food, but unfortunately not the best service. The employees stared at us while we walked in and we had to call them over so we could order, but then the girl rang us up wrong. We were the only ones in the store and watched 4 employees take over 30 minutes just to get our pizzas in the oven because they were too busy talking to each other and eating donuts. Management should make sure their workers are actually doing their jobs and following safe food handling procedures… probably won’t return to this location.

Stopped over in Lake Isabella for the night and needed a bite to eat. Stumbled across pizza factory whilst popping into the grocery store and so glad we did! Best pizza I’ve ever eaten fantastic service. 10/10
