Iron Grill Japanese Express

I went to this restaurant for lunch with some coworkers. I ordered hibachi with extra rice and no carrots, opting for chicken and shrimp. My shrimp was accidentally left off my plate, but the chef quickly made it and brought it out separately. Despite receiving a generous portion of food, I had to request a to-go container. Unfortunately, when I received the container, I noticed a dead roach on it. I was so disgusted that I threw away my meal and couldn't bring myself to eat anymore. While I understand that cleanliness issues can happen in restaurants, I couldn't overlook this incident. I hope the restaurant improves their hygiene standards for future customers, but I will not be returning. I'll just cook my own veggies, chicken, and rice at home.

The carrots were very disappointing in the Hibachi dish. If they were able to improve the carrots, the overall dish would be decent. They tasted like they were from a can and all of the vegetables were lacking seasoning.
