Disgusting, waitress brought my drink with a bug in it. After she brought to the table she noticed and changed it. Onion ring was ok but extremely big. My food was cold pasta with shredded barbecue pork and top with an onion ring. The sauce of the pasta was so thick that it didn’t even looked fresh food. Not enough meat, I don’t know how much oz of meat they top it but there wasn’t not even 2 oz. My first bite was very disappointed to my taste waitress fail by bringing food to the customer cold and not looking right. I don’t know she could’ve not noticed such thing the plate was cold food felt it was setting for hours. First time visiting this place and last time.
I contacted this Beef O Brady's to cater a rehearsal dinner and they were fabulous! Everything was excellent and delivered with care. Thank you guys so much! It served 28 guests with some leftovers. Everyone was commenting on how great the food was! I received everything I ordered, even the toppings, drinks, sauces, ice, cups, ect. Thank you so much for making my sons wedding rehearsal dinner so great!
This is the second time I’ve called to place a to go order, different days and was put on hold for 15+ minutes just to get hung up on. I understand being busy but maybe a manager needs to help or you shouldn’t offer to go orders if you can’t handle them during your busy hours.
Unfortunately, a year later I had to change my review. I had the worst experience on 2/7/2024. I sent emails to both the owner and the general manager as well as the corporate office to receive a full refund due to the terrible service. I never received a response from either so now I have no choice but to change my initial review from a year ago from 5 stars to 1. The irritating part is that it could have been easily fixed. My take out order was missing items, I tried to call to have the items missing refunded. I called the restaurant 10 times and no one answered forcing me to have to drive back to the location. When I went inside the place was disgusting to say the least. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that my order could not be fully refunded even though they had messed it up and forgotten other items forcing me to return to the restaurant by not answering the phone after I attempted to call numerous times. Mind you I called in to place my initial order so why no one answered the phone after 10 times I have no idea. The fair thing would have been to refund my entire order instead it was felt necessary to charge me $10. Since reaching out to the owner and general manager did nothing. I will leave this review here for them. Sometimes it's better just to handle the situation the right way the first time. I definitely will not be back to this location which is a shame because we really liked them at one point.
