Sal's Italian Ristorante - Lake Worth

We order from here at least once per month and food and service are always great! The pizza, penne alla vodka and chicken Alfredo are awesome. We love the meatballs too.

Don't bother calling to order they cannot walk chew gum same time on hold for like 10 minutes trying to place order for pick up

I have been coming to this sals for as long as they have been at this locationwhhich has been alot of yrs. I get the lunch special which is a half sub, a tiny side salad (mostly lettuce) and a slice of cheese pizza for around $10ish dollars. Myolder waitress (obviously menopausal) was a new one and had a really bad attitude, I asked for lemon for my water 4 times(never did get it), she forgot to add Xtra tomatoe on my sub and then when I asked her for the tomatoe she brought a plate of 4then proceeded to say she will have to charge me for them when I only asked for 1 on My sub. Then they didnt put dressing on mysub (per my request) but she didn't bring the dressing on the side like I asked so when I asked her for it she brought it to thetable in a gravy dish and proceeded to also tell me they would have to charge me for it O.O. she then has the manager (blondelady) come to the table to tell me the same thing she would have to charge for the extras and I told her I didnt order 4tomatoes and I'm not paying for dressing that already comes with the sub. Need I remind you ive asked for it this way for 10 yrsand never had a problem. If they wanted more money all they had to do was say it when ordering not after the fact... Smh dontwaist your time here it's not worth the hassle and they were so rude to lose a long time customer over a tomatoe. Justridiculous! Pizza tastes like cardboard.

I hate leaving bad reviews but when it?s a Monday pizza special and I?m charged full price for mediocre burnt pizza I?m not happy. Several times I have bit my tongue because the owner is really nice but it?s rare I get a good pizza lately.

I think the food is very mediocre. My significant other and daughter think it 's good. So they eat here when I 'm not in town. They do have a great antipasto. Some wait staff are better than others, not mentioning names. But we definitely knew we were infor a good or bad service depending on our waitress. Several times over multiple visits I tried to express how I would like thepizza prepared and each time it was ignored. So either the wait staff can not write or the kitchen staff can not read. Not tosound like a Karen my order is not that difficult; lite sauce well done. I feel I gave Sals several opportunities to provethemselves. I gave 2 stars because the food is edible and we didn 't die.
