Always a great place to dine. Excellent service in this restaurant.

We decided to dine at this restaurant on Christmas Eve as it was one of the few places open, and we made a great choice. Despite being crowded, the service was efficient and attentive. The ribs were delicious and we will certainly be returning in the future!

The experience was terrible. We visited this restaurant before and had a great time. This time, nothing was close. Our waitress was very slow and didn't review us regularly. At first our drinks took just 10 minutes, we ordered 3... a beer, a mixed drink and a glass of wine. Then we ordered our appetizers and thought she would come back soon to our duck. We were wrong... we tried to get their attention several times, nothing worked. Then we asked the manager. She went from “You have that?” Then it went on. Not only that, but a party of 4 (we were a party of 3) had come to us. They got food there before we got our appetizers. I understand that things are busy, and it can be a stressful work, but come... I took a sip of my beer, and it had this vinegar taste, and the Long Island, the also order was not too delicious. She took both of them off, but with attitude. I am a very passive person, and I usually let it slide under the carpet instead of confronting. I've never been so angry with someone. Another family came after us, and guess what, you're right, he ordered a bud light. Now I know she didn't let the bar know about the bad beer, because you made it so far. I waited to see his reaction to taste, and guess what... he didn't look too happy. Oh, yeah, with this amazing experience, guess what we have. Food is meciocre, prices too high. You have to pay extra for sauce . You can get better at a non chain restaurant for less

The restaurant was extremely crowded the night we dined there. The staff was super outstanding. Everyone was helping each other out. I even observed the Bartender helping to bring food to tables. I thought we would be waiting for a while to get service, but with all your staff helping each other out it was a very pleasant visit. Someone was always at our table to see if we needed anything. Very outstanding.
