Firehouse Subs North Lakeland

Messed up my order twice but the food is good. Edit: changing to 2 stars now because I had an unusually long wait for my order when I went and it seemed all others experienced the same as well.

Jeanne, put me on hold for 5 min, when I got to the store it was empty 2 people leaving with their order. Jeanne also went back and fourth with me as if I were trying to get a free sandwich out of a large order with only 1 item being made incorrectly. Also Jeanne it doesn't take over 10 minutes to make a sandwich when their was not any orders ahead my order. Jeanne you deserve a decrease in your wage. It cost absolutely nothing to be kind and considerate. Well wishes to you Jeanne. I would say we won't be back but that's obvious.

Over rated sub was no good should have went to Publix.

Great hook and ladder sub. Manager helped me download app. Sandwich was perfect!

I forgot what the lovely lady name was who helped me but there was an issue with my online order and she sorted it out quickly for me 10/10 customer service
