Hungry Howie's Pizza - Lakeland

I called them to place my order, to hold, drive there for 10 minutes, still in touch. arrived in the load, showed them my 10-minute hold time and they murmured a kind of excuse. very unprofessional.

This is nasty black hair. No wasting gas to come back up there. Horrible service. Edit this post when I went there to get the new one the manager was very rude and all the employees was laughing. Will not be returning to this store again I will go to another one .

The pizza was absolutely covered in grease and service took so long. Would not come again. I’d only come again if I wish to get a heart attack.

I have gave this place a chance too many times. Always close to two hours. The pizza is always either not cooked all the way or not portioned right. One time it was burnt and throwed in the box or dropped on the way here. I'm not going back here again. Once again a disappointment and I just want my money back.

Put in an online order. Went to pick up and was told, rather rudely, that it didn't go thru. Meanwhile the employees were leaning on counters, talking on phones, and ignoring us.
