We ordered pizza and cheese bread at 2:11. I called at 3:01 and the employee that answered told me it would be about 10 mins. My wife calls back at 3:28 and they tell her the food has not left the store yet so she said she will come pick it up. She gets there and the food is obviously cold. So she asked them to remake it because it is cold and the employee told her it has been under the heat lamp so it should be fine, an hour under heat lamp which is not working by the way. Really bad service and there are too many pizza places with way better service than here so we will just take our business elsewhere.

The management and this location is absolutely awesome I'm from up North originally never thought I'd find a pizza as good down south but Marcos is excellent in fact the manager talked to me about the sausage magnifico which I never had so when she made my pizza she made one slice sausage magnifico it was excellent I've been hooked ever since they go above and Beyond for customer service for a pizza place. You'll never have a bad pizza

I ordered a mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza, they forgot the pepperoni but I definately got charged for it. Had no pen to sign with so I used an out of ink sharpie in orange ink. Yeahhhh I don't think I'll be going back. Very unprofessional. And your feedback form at tellmarcos doesn't work it just tries to get me to order something... no feedback. And they're is no place to message you on Facebook....sooooo.....? Service: Take out
