Sonic Drive-in - Lakeland

TERRIBLE!!! Me my boyfriend thought to swing by for old times sake on his break today to grab some ice cream; we get there their menu isn't updated so we had to ask for certain things wait for confirmation. After which it took 15 mins during a dead period to make the two blasts just to have my boyfriend find a hair in the bottom of his! No one will answer the phone at the store , just disgusting all around

This has to be the most inefficient and slowest Sonic around! Waiting over 20 minutes for 1 drink order placed in the app is ridiculous!! And sadly this isn't a once time occurrence but even after giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying again, same horribly slow service! Arlington Appling is where we will take our business from now on.

Normally they have good service but how could this possibly be a chilly cheese coney?!!

Unfortunately, my experience with the burger was quite disappointing. The patty was overcooked and dry, lacking the juiciness one expects. The toppings seemed uninspired and failed to elevate the overall taste. The bun, too, was stale and detracted from the overall texture. Service was slow, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. For the price, I expected a much better dining experience. Sadly, I won't be returning.

Didn't get to try the food because the attendant thought it was a good idea to spray the front of every ones car with aluminum acid, ya know to disinfect the earth on which this restaurant sits, and to ward off evil paint and customers ?
