Contribuisci feedbackCalled in for delivery. Routed to a call center, the customer service person was very helpful but quite difficult to understand. Delivery was quoted for 37 minutes at the time. Actual delivery was twice as long. As I expected, the pizza wasn't hardly even warm, as if we were the last of multiple stops. The toppings were good, but the crust lacked flavor or desirable texture.
This store has the most amazing, caring, and friendliest team of managers I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and watching in action! I've had interactions with Jodi, Peyton, Hailey, and another young lady (unfortunately, I can't remember her name), and ALL of these ladies go above and beyond to give customers the best experience they possibly can. And that's when they've already done everything 100% correct! Whatever they're being paid, it isn't enough, and every single one of these ladies deserve a HEALTHY raise! Keep up the great work! Y'all are awesome!
The quality and toppings have decreased while the price has increased. The crust tasted like a defrosted pizza. The toppings were few. The service was great and friendly. I left a 5 dollar tip on a 16 dollar pizza.
It takes so long to place an order because they try to upsell you at every point. 6:53 to order two pizzas.
Gave this location one last chance. There was a time when they gave a damn. Their quality has tanked. Their management to gutless to get one the phone with an upset customer. Picked up an order of two medium pizzas and an order of wings. Pizzas were ok. Wing had only 7 in the container. Looked at the app and it said there are 8 in an order. They told me 6. Nowhere on the sight does it say 6. Only 8. Gutless manager who would not get on the phone, told the worker bee that they would fix me a 6 piece but I would have to pick it up. They screw up and I have to pick up a correction. Guess it's time to go back to Domino's. I know for a fact they would have replaced the entire order and delivered it. Can't call their complaint line because they won't answer a phone. Email the complaint so they can never respond. Guess there is a reason their review average is 3.3.
