Chick-fil-a - Lakewood

They just opened yesterday, and I am so impressed by how kind and on top of things the staff is! They asked to refill our drinks, took our trash, and let my son hug the cow. We love chick-fil-a and are so excited to have one in the neighborhood! Also, the parking and drive thru situation is SO much better than the Tacoma store-more parking and less stress!

So far, so good. My food was ready before I made it to my seat. Chick-fil-A, where have you been all my life?

Yay! So happy we don't have to drive to Tacoma for Chick-fil-A.

In general, the experience was enjoyable. The staff prioritize efficiency over providing excellent service. Although the quality of the food is usually good, there are occasional mistakes, which is to be expected. What sets this fast food chain apart is their exceptional customer service – when they forgot to give me an item, they not only gave it to me for free, but also offered a completely different order as a gesture of goodwill.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The customer service is outstanding, especially from Devin. My husband and I had a great experience with Devin going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. This location is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee like Devin representing Chick-fil-A. The food was fantastic, but Devin's exceptional service is what earned this place a 5-star rating. Great job, Devin! You are flourishing in this business and I can see a bright future ahead for you. Keep up the good work!
