People were very nice for tournament but food prices and choices a bit on the high side.
Of all the places in Washington I think these guys the the most helpful. They were so cool to me and help me out in a rough time.
Just off of the first game it kept messing up. Pin kept falling before it was put down. Front guy had to come more than 12 times to fix the same issue. Delay to move to the next player and had to get it fixed. Guy taking the order for food is new but didn’t offer to give copy of receipt and when I asked he said he already asked and I said no. But he didn’t bc he asked me later on he needed a signature and forgot to get it so that’s when I also asked for a copy of the receipt bc he never offered. Second time went back to order I asked for parmesan fries and he rung up garlic fries. I understand being new and still learning but not taking accountability is something he definitely needs to work on. Worst bowling experience. Also, the parking lot is not well lit did not know there were people in a parked car until we were leaving and headlights shined through their windows- disturbing. But I guess the parking lot is perfect since again, it’s very dark. Will not be coming back.
Pretty old bowling alley, but all the lanes worked. Kegs weren't working when we were there, shoes were pretty worn and I had to get a new pair when the first one was too messed up. Not my go to vibe, but it works in a pinch.
