Always crowded, customer service at food court sucks! people from Chinese food are not even on work, while there are a series of people waiting for their commands. they stood there, spoke among them, and ignored the command that appeared

It's clean, but lately there's been too many people, so can't really enjoy walking there. Also they don't ask for vaccination cards, and some people don't wear their masks, so it's a little uncomfortable.

On Women's Day we went there with friends. On the positive side the meat was very well cooked and delicious. After almost 30 minutes waiting time we got a table and the internal temperature was 29 degrees Celsius! all customers blow air with the menu, external temperature was 26, so it was hotter inside. We asked for the wine menu, we got a tablet running out of the battery after 2 minutes. Once in the restaurant, the reaction time for attention was extremely slow. As mentioned, food is good, but overpriced, and the attention is very bad... this place has long ways to go to earn the prices that charge.

El restaurante está muy agradable, tiene buen servicio. La comida esta rica. Si estas en el centro comercial y quieres comer carne es el lugar a elegir.
