Contribuisci feedbackI was ordering a medium triple triple coffee few minutes earlier in drive through and from my side i was not paying attention to the screen and i didn’t hear any response from whoever talking on the other side so i repeated my order telling medium triple triple coffee she could have told okay i dont know why she has to be mean with that attitude she replied ‘its on the screen whatelse ‘ and starts laughing even i work at two fast food chain restaurants and i dont know what kind of customer service has been taught here in this tim hortons
When in person, it’s amazing. Ordering through Uber, the order is never correct. They at least wrote on one item that it wasn’t in stock…but they gave me the wrong donut (no writing as to why) and made the tea wrong (don’t even know what they put in it but because of sensitivities, I had to throw it out)
Lovely workers and Specially the coffee is the best i love it
Their coffees increasingly taste like water, milk and duct tape. It’s almost arrogant to mess up a product you’re KNOWN for. This specific site has serious issues with quality. It’s like they WANT to shut down.
Been coming here for many years and NOT ONCE have i walked in to sit at a table that is CLEAN. I sit at a table full of crumbs and food and I always have to clean it myself while the workers are chatting in the back. I am so fed up after so many years I’ve finally decided to complain. This needs to change. Clean your tables.
