Firehouse Subs Lime Spring Square

The food is good but very disappointed with the service and won’t be going back. I called multiple times to place an order and they don’t answer. I went there and waited in line to order. When it was finally my turn the cashier told me to wait while she helps out the other worker with prepping the food. When she finally comes back to take my order I told her I wanted a turkey sub and she had told me there was no sliced turkey at the time and she had no time to slice it. I left without getting anything. I just wish she would’ve told me they were not doing turkey before having me wait all that time. There were only 2 other people in the store so it’s not like they were busy either. Very disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I loved the food but I was very confused about what I needed to grab and what I was supposed to wait for. But the staff is really friendly and they try to interact with the customers. It shows they care Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
