Unfortunately quite disappointing. The will is there, but the result is poor. Out of six dishes, undoubtedly beautiful to look at, one was also good to eat (not even excellent). The others are either mediocre or completely wrong. Service, despite the efforts of the only boy with ALS, very slow. Wine cannot be served after 45 minutes and the first course after 55 with the room half full. As they say less is more, it's better to avoid flights of fancy and focus on the basics, unless you really know how to do flights of fancy.

The first experience at Maré was exciting. I knew the Chef's fame which was fully confirmed. Pleasant venue, attentive and courteous staff, appetizing menu, good wine list. The raw dishes are excellent as are the first courses, mixed roasts and fried dishes. A single experience is not enough to be able to taste all the proposals. To go back, go back, go back.
