Mcdonald's - Lansing

This location is one of the best mcdonald’s stalls I've ever been. they are fast, friendly, and the orders are exactly more than the average fast food place. I had a few cases where they forgot a frey, but I haven't left the property yet without checking it out and it quickly resolved.

Went inside this time--I usually do drive thru. Kiosks were new to me for ordering--wow, I really haven't been inside for awhile! A few things while going through the ordering process were not intuitive, but I'm sure if I used the system more often, it would become easier. Other than that, things were very smooth. Order came up quickly and was correct. Staff was friendly.

I got two McDoubles buy one get one for $1). And I used the app to get large fries for $1. $4.02 out the door! Could've filled my fries a little more, but still pretty good.

Had to return mushy fries. Got a remake that was only slightly better. Service is fast though. Crew is amicable. Needs trees for shade in the parking lot.

Seriously McDonald's. Came in just a few minutes ago. Ordered 3 pies 3 drinks and a large fry. The fries were basically raw and the box was about 1/3 the way full. Almost $4 for like 8 french fries. The whole night crew should be fired. And these people want $15 an hour? Seriously? They don't deserve $0.65 an hour if they can't do the job with any sort of pride or even self respect or just correctly for that matter. During the week. Morning crew with Dirty Mike on the back register . On point always make sure my order is accurate and served without error and the lady that runs the window never forgets the extra ice. Weekday morning crew needs a raise. Weekday night crew needs fired.
