Happy Mango - Laos

This place is always super busy so we thought we would try it out. I asked for vegetarian pad see ew without eggs and my partner had vegetarian Thai pad. Unfortunately, the food took age to come, which is understandable to see how it was so busy, but when they thought it had egg in it. They replaced it quite fast, but it was super salty and garlic and I did not really enjoy it at all. The Veggie Pad Thai was seemingly super sweet like syrup and none of us could finish our whole plate. Maybe we just went to a night because it really has good reviews otherwise and is always really busy. The staff was nice.

We went to this place probably four times while in Vang Vieng, in December 2019. Your mango smoothie is simply the best mango smoothie I've ever had! It's so good that I had no courage to order another smoothie! My friend once ordered the coconut and pineapple smoothes and was absolutely in love. In one of the occasions I tried her vegan pad thai and it wasn't bad, though it wasn't the best. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect and the prices are very affordable. Totally recommended!

Nice service, many vegan options. Delicious curries, shakes and soups. Being packed quite often, but the service is very good and the waiting times to get your orders are very short. Fair prices.

A nice place, always full, nice and helpfull staff. Have a lot of various options for vegeterians in the menu and most of them can be made vegan by request (they know the concept, they understand it, and they are willing to do the changes). Tofu can be added with a small extra charge. I enjoyed

Nice looking place that was pretty busy. I ordered the vegetable mushroom laab. I told them I was vegan and the staff could understand english reasonably well.. except when it came out it was swimming in fish sauce. They were nice enough to take it back and bring me another made with soy sauce . Not a huge serving so if your hungry get rice with it. Besides that it was really nice, spring rolls were crunchy and tasty . Overall a nice place for vegan just need to do a check list of every item not too be used.
