Lujan is the most pleasant experience, awesome customer satisfaction, also carries a unique community embeddness- Rustic, charming, and folksy. Rather, their delicious baked goodies or genuine hospitality- you can't help but enjoy the trip and snacking on the way out.
A cute little bakery that smells wonderful when you walk in. If you're looking for biscochos, Lujan's is the place to get them. Yum!
My neighbors invited me to a tamale making and learning event at their home! It is kind of funny that I am invited to learn how to cook tamales when I don't cook, but I know we will be laughing and having a wonderful time. I wanted to bring something related to our Mexican dining experience and thought ending our meal with sweets from Lujan Bakery would be the perfect gift to bring! Lujan is family owned and speaking with the youngest member of their family today I understand that business is booming. If you are visiting New Mexico for the first time and have never enjoyed Mexico bakery sweets before be sure to add this to one of your stops.
Grew up with this place. Still excellent pan dulce after all these years. Good as the original!! Classic Pan Dulce!
