Contribuisci feedbackAlbert the bartender was our bartender and waiter. He made us a long series of different and wonderful cocktails and a glass of great Chardonnay broken dreams . Everything we ate was wonderful. The 3 piece crispy rice was an awesome appetizer, a combo of slightly smokey and crispy steamed rice cake topped with a creamy ahi with notes of chilli and micro greens garnish. Then main courses were wonderful sweet scallops and a delicious black cod with teriyaki marinade. The proteins were silky with gentle crunchy crusts. The gold leaf chocolate mouse cake was a decadent finish to a wonderful evening of outstanding service and scrumptious food.
An outstanding meal. I started with the shrimp toast followed by the Alaskan black cod. For dessert I had the Basque cheesecake with espresso chantilly cream. Each dish was presented well and delicious. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere was very pleasant.A wonderful experience!

The hostess was incredibly attentive, respecting our desire to capture videos and photos of our experience without intrusion. She also offered fantastic recommendations to our group, and the seafood was exceptionally fresh. Although I'm typically not a fan of caviar, the way they prepared the seafood tower made it absolutely delicious.
I had the best experience at Aqua!! The caviar was incredible and it came with the best presentation. You also have to get some of their other plates like the toro and spicy salmon toasties! Definitely worth a visit whilst in Las
