Kabuto Edomae Sushi - Las Vegas

We tried omakase last night. It beat Nobu in caesars palace.

Best dining experience I've ever had in my entire life. I've truly waited a lifetime for flavors this rich and enlightening. I can't wait to return someday.

Hands down best sushi, I have ever had. I have been to sushi restaurants in Seattle, Southern California, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Florida. The Atmosphere is top notch. Service is impeccable. Food is prepared flawlessly. Can't wait to comeback!

Don't even think twice, just reserve before someone else gets your spot. Incredible meal, one of the best I've ever had. The pairings were on point and everything was simply perfect. The service was also great along with the sake and drinks. The jellyfish is a must-try. We had the smaller of the two menus and it was plenty of food, we were very full. Great vibes, elite experience. Highly recommend.

Omakase courses are light and enough for each person. Ikura is lightly seasoned along with most of the dishes. Sashimi slices are thick and juicy, but tuna can be a bit fresher. If you’re feeling hungry, you might wanna order additional sashimi that you like, the uni is really fresh.
