Ramen Hashi - Las Vegas

This is my FAVORITE ramen place in Vegas. I highly recommend it! My family and I have been going here since it opened when I was in high school and now I'm almost done with college. THEIR NOODLE TEXTURE IS THE BEST!! They're made fresh everyday!! The food is still as good as it was the day they opened. The Tantan Men is my go to : the price is very reasonable and the quality is excellent. The food is ready quickly too. I also love the bar aspect. It's very cozy inside, so it's a great place to bring a friend or date.

Went to Ramen Hashi for lunch right when they opened and they sat our party at the bar. Their menu is pretty straight forward as far as what is included in the ramen. What I really like about this place is that they make their ramen using chicken broth instead of pork. You also have the option of swapping out your pork chasu to chicken (for those who don't eat pork). There is a veggie option as well, but I believe they still use the chicken broth for the soup. Service was okay, they didn't really explain much about how to order since everything was on the paper menu where you mark what you want and then you give it to the server/waiter at the bar. Food tasted great, didn't have that heavy sodium or MSG feeling after eating their ramen compared to some places.

The ramen here is one of the best I've ever had. They seat you fairly quickly and the food is brought out fast. I always love coming here to get ramen.

Ramen is absolutely delicious! Go here, Now. And don't go anywhere else, ever. You won't have better tasting ramen elsewhere. Year after year, and trying different ramen shops all over the Vegas valley, no other compares to the quality of ramen and service this place offers. It's seriously good!
