Contribuisci feedbackWhat a delightful surprise! I went in expecting to try the Impossible burger, but I discovered that they actually use it in three different dishes instead of serving it as a traditional burger. I ordered the Impossible ravioli bolognese, and it was absolutely outstanding. The dish was rich without being too heavy, and it had a nice acidity complemented by the crispness of the lightly pickled carrots and celery. The flavors were surprisingly well-developed; the healthy food slogans might lead you to believe that the meal would be bland, but it was far from it. I would gladly eat here again and will definitely do so the next time I'm in town.
- **Tuna Salmon Carpaccio ($22.00)**: Good quality, but the portion is quite small for the price. - **Duck Leg Salad ($13.00)**: Excellent! - **Special of the Day: Seabass ($26.00)**: Good quality and well-executed. - **Lunch Soup and Sandwich Set with Praline Cream Puff ($25.00)**: The cream puff is absolutely the highlight of the meal! - **Cod ($20.00)**: The zucchini puree was nice, but the cod had a few small bones. When we mentioned this to the server, they offered a brief apology but didn’t provide any additional help. Desserts are priced at $8.00 each. The Pistachio Cake was nothing special, but the Praline Cream Puff was fantastic, and the Cappuccino Pie was excellent!
This restaurant is a fantastic new addition to the Las Vegas dining scene, situated away from the Strip. The menu is constantly evolving, offering delightful surprises that never disappoint. Each dish is artfully presented and accompanied by thorough explanations, allowing diners to fully appreciate the chef's creative vision. The desserts are particularly unique, showcasing a level of imagination not seen anywhere else in Vegas, and are definitely worth trying.
Selection, attentive service, ambience are all terrific. The truffle butter served with our charcuterie board was flavorful and interesting.
So, as a new comer to all things Partage, I didn't have any pre-conceived notions or expectation coming into the French Cellar. I was initially looking for an experience that would deliver an easy wine tasting at a reasonable price. Well, I got what I was looking for and with such quality. Off the strip and tucked away in a calm plaza, the French Cellar offers a modest-in-size tasting room that quickly loses its dimensions upon visiting, boasting an expansive collection of wine lining the walls and warm tasting area. When it comes to tasting wine, it is not always a practical experience price-wise. However Partage supports the experience by offering a flight of their wines that the patron can customize to their liking. Between the guidance of the server and sommelier, my partner and I were able to customize a tasting experience that could appeal to our preferences and still show us something new and exciting. The Partage French Cellar is an accessible and still elevated experience for locals and casual visitors alike. If you're off the strip and looking for another way to wine, the French Cellar is open for you.
