Apache location menu are attached. Fried Pork Dumplings: star of the show, delicious and juicy, added some soy sauce to the chili oil and dipped the dumplings inMongolian Beef Noodles: thick knife cut noodles with onion and slice beef, great flavor and chewy noodles, could have used more beef thoughSpicy Sichuan Wontons: wontons themselves were good, but the sauce was too sweet and sour missing the umami flavor, hardly spicyCucumber Salad: fresh and crunchy, but again too sweet
I have to say I've been to all 3 Noodle Man's by now. The one at Rainbow is the most similar to this one. The other one by Spring mountain does not have hand toss noodles. They have a different menu. They have more cantonese food which was also really good. I do like all the Noodle Man. I came across this 3rd one after going to Sally's hair supply. It was right next to it. So I came here the next day. I ordered the shrimp thick sliced noodles. It was really good. I can honestly say that my favorite hand toss thick noodles to eat are at Noodle man and Magic noodles. They are both good in different ways. They have different noodle flavors, but both so good. I will say that I like the thick noodles the best at Noodle men because the noodles are thicker and more doughy. I like them like that! Service was really good and it is just less hectic than Magic noodle, and you don't have to wait an hour each time you want to go. The price point is also good and the place looks very clean. I will for sure be back every time I am in Vegas. This is my new favorite spot!
Great spot with the friendliest waitress. Noodles have the right consistency and excellently flavored. We ordered 4 different dishes, and all were fantastic. Highly recommend the beef soup with knife cut noodles. Very tender beef with little to no fat. Dumplings were also good. We will definitely go again when time permits.
I walked in and ordered wonton soup and street noodle soup. I was disappointed to find that the food wasn’t fresh. The soups were very bland. I had to add a wealth of seasonings from home. And to my surprise, there was a bug in my soup. I ordered 2 because I’m not feeling well and was hoping to eat the other one tomorrow but honestly I am afraid to open it. I called to let the restaurant know and the person didn’t understand what I was saying. They want me to come back to the restaurant because they didn’t know what I was saying. Unfortunately I work at night so I’m not able to return. The restaurant was empty, no wonder why! I stopped by here because pho king was closed. I will just starve next time. No stars and I wish I didn’t tip them
This a nice little restaurant off Fort Apache! We came here for dinner on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy. The waitress was very friendly and the service was very quick. She would constantly come by to ask if we needed anything as well which was very nice of her! We ordered the dumplings to start followed by the shanxi noodles and hot and sour rice noodles for our main course. The shanxi noodles was my favorite! The noodles had a chewy/soft texture which I really enjoyed. The broth was flavorful as well. The hot and sour rice noodles was okay to me. The broth seemed to have too much oil for my liking. Definitely give the shanxi noodle a try!
