We go there every time we are in Vegas and they haven't let us down yet! Food was fabulous and our waiter Max was amazing!!

This place is a 10 out of 10 if you’re looking for a relaxing, romantic, quiet, upscale dinner. Be prepared to pay! It is worth it though. The cocktails were divine. The steak was perfect. Our server was fantastic and the staff friendly. And of course, the whole restaurant rotates! You get to lookout and get a 360 view of the Vegas lights below. Stunning. The observation deck is just that. It’s not necessarily romantic but it’s definitely a sight that will leave you in awe. My fiancé proposed to me on the observation deck and it was perfect!

Hi top of the world, it’s my birthday on the 24 of November and am coming all the way from queens New York… I really had a wonderful evening spending my birthday at the top of the world. Food was great, wonderful stuff and beautiful atmosphere… kinda$ but worth the view
