Trask's Chicken Fish - Las Vegas

That huh is something of the best I have eaten. it was juicy, crispy and well seasoned. I am also really picky and always well made to order chicken; but I forgot to mention it, I was very satisfied when I saw that the huh was perfectly cooked! the customer service was also excellent; from my order via the phone to pick up! this is added to my list of favorites!

My man loves this place. He beat the gizzards. I personally love her koleslawin! I appreciate how this is a father/son shop. we always come back to support the little business they are.

This place is spot on! My bud is a South Sider and raves about this place! Dropped by for the first time and it was better than I expected. Great customer service and even better food! J highly recommend skipping the corporate chain restaurants and dropping by here for real food and service!

Great experience! The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and the food was great! I got the regular half chicken and an order of giblets. Both came with fries. As we all know, fried food can be really great, or really lousy, depending on the skill of the person frying. These guys do it right. Give them a try!

I had been trying for several weeks to get the gizzards and they were always out. I finally checked the site and they weren't even there. I called the restaurant and spoke with a very nice person who said they did have them but they were only for walk-in customers. I explained I had been trying for weeks and they were out when I called the restaurant. The gentleman asked who I would assume was the owner. He said he would put them on the delivery site so I could order them. I ordered them and a piece of catfish. The fish was delicious and it was real American catfish not Swai and it was a full fillet. I was disappointed after waiting so long to get them, they were so tough I can't eat them neither could anyone in my house. I was really hesitant to write a review because they were so nice and the catfish was delicious so saying that I will definitely order that again.
