Turmeric Flavors Of India Downtown Las Vegas

My wife and I enjoy Indian food, so we decided to try out this restaurant. The food, service, and beer were all excellent. This is a fantastic place to dine if you love Indian cuisine and great service.

I highly recommend the platter for two at Turmeric, which offers a variety of flavors including grilled shrimp, roasted lamb, salmon, and beef curry. The atmosphere is vibrant with purple and blue lights, and the centerpiece is the salad dishes with spinach and yogurt sauces. The spices still linger in my memory, and the strong flavors will stay with me all night. Located in downtown DTLV near Fremont Street, Turmeric is a comfortable restaurant with a large dining room. We enjoyed exploring the area, including the nearby El Cortez Casino and Downtown Container Park where we found unique music boxes at Kappa Toys. Turmeric also offers rooftop dining, perfect for a hot summer day. The menu is diverse, so be sure to try the platter to experience a variety of tastes.

The attentive service and authentic Indian dishes make this restaurant a fantastic choice for dinner. The menu also offers some original dishes. The lamb rogan josh and chicken tikka masala were both excellent. They provide spice levels ranging from 1 to 10, and a level 5 was perfectly hot for me. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at Turmeric was great... The menu was so good, I had the Lamb chops with a yellow/brown sauce (w/side of white rice) the Flavors of the sauce were bold and it made you feel like you were in India. This does not taste like any American version of Indian food. Try the Salmon Carpaccio (side) the eggplant appetizer. Fremont needed this type of Restaurant. The reason we went there was because Robin Leach (Lifestyles of the Rich Famous show) wrote a little article saying how good it was. So we had to try it. BTW: upstairs at Turmeric is like a night club with an awesome view of Fremont street...

It was amazing!! Never had a stuffed nan bread before and we ordered it and it was just one of the best things ever!!! And the cauliflower appetizer we was delicious!! Thank you, thank you for such amazing food
